Maintenance plan (outages)
The transmission license holder prepares a maintenance plan regarding the natural gas transmission system under its operation every year, which is sent for system operator. The system operator publishes the plan on its website in accordance with legislative requirements.
Order of restriction
If the quantity of natural gas taken–off by the parties having access to the system is steadily exceeding the available quantity of natural gas, and there is no other applicable means for ensuring the balance in the system, the TSO license holder is entitled to order the limitation of gas off-take as per the actual Order of Restriction.
Tariffs and fees
FGSZ Ltd. regarding its regulated servicing activity (basic services) respects the highest possible non-discrimination, so they charge each System User the tariffs defined in the Decree 31/2009. (VI.25.) “Statement of Natural Gas System Usage Tariffs” issued by KHEM (Ministry of Transport, Telecommunication and Energy) on even terms.
