FGSZ Ltd. hereby informs the respected market players that because of the further negotiation of the statutory interpretations related to the letter dated 14 May, 2010 from the Prime Ministerial Office, the date of the opening the submitted bids in course of the announced in 1 April, 2010 auction’s procedure regarding the available capacity of the HAG pipeline, has been postponed from 26 May to 9 June, 2010.
We inform the respected market players that FGSZ Ltd. is keeping the received auction bids with an appointed notary until the above deadline.
