Dear Partners,
According to point 8.4.3.1.5 of the Network Code of the Hungarian Natural Gas System (ÜKSZ) if the free capacity of a given network point offered by the transmission system operator is not fully booked in the course of the annual capacity booking period closed on 28 February 2012, the transmission system operator can offer the remaining free capacity again. The system users can submit their annual capacity demand for such published capacities between 1 and 15 May 2012.
FGSZ Ltd. hereby offers its free capacities as annual firm capacities for the 2012/13 gas year on the basis of the above point of ÜKSZ. Capacity demands are to be submitted before 15 May 2012 via post or fax.
