The Best Employer title has been awarded to FGSZ Ltd for the fifth time in the survey of Aon Hewitt Best Employers Study this year, in the category of 250-1000 employees.
The prize and the certificate was presented at the ceremony on Tuesday to János Fehér, CEO by Sándor Czomba, minister of state for employment policy and Rita Veres, managing director of Aon Hewitt.
János Fehér, the CEO of FGSZ Ltd was quoted as saying:
„The real value of a company is provided by the people. The people who do their work with responsibility day by day, who consider their workplace as part of their life and contribute to the success of the company. FGSZ has such employees, to whom I express my thanks hereby, since our success is a common achievement. The stability of our country, our region and of entire Europe depends on what we call energy security and FGSZ plays a crucial role in ensuring this security. It is the constructive and responsible cooperation of the FGSZ team that guarantees the continuous maintenance and development of the country’s energy security. Our company community represents a special value, which – I believe - has to be preserved.
FGSZ is the five-time Best Employer of Hungary and three-time Best Employer of Central Eastern Europe.
The Best Employer survey is based on the complex evaluation of questionnaires filled in by employees voluntarily. Nearly 96% of the employees of the company, employing over 800 people on a national level, expressed their opinion on their workplace. The commitment indicator of our company – adding a further 1% to the 88% of the previous year - hit 89%. For the matter of comparison the average of Hungarian workplaces is 58%.
This year nearly 35,000 employees and 400 top managers of 90 companies have submitted their opinion on their workplace.
