The supply of all the consumers – public, communal and industrial – is ensured, no interruption or restriction is required.
Hungary’s estimated gas consumption today (30/04/2009) is 21-22 Mm3.
The gas resources are available from domestic production, storages and
from import capacity. The volume of import natural gas for today is
being negotiated with Ukrtransgaz, the Ukrainian transmission company.
Yesterday the Ukrainian transmission company confirmed only the
volume from Russian Gazprom resources to be transmitted to Hungary. The
full confirmed volume, 6Mm3, was delivered at the contractual
pressure. The unconfirmed and undelivered amount was compensated by the
FGSZ Ltd from optional natural gas resources offered by E.ON Földgáz
Trade. All domestic consumers were fully supplied.
The resource-consumption balance of Hungary is stable. In case the
resource of any of the dealers is not available, the FGSZ Ltd. –as
stipulated by the relevant laws – will ensure the resource- consumption
balance with using the optional gas resources offered by the trade
licensees. The supply of all the consumers – public, communal and
industrial – is ensured, no interruption or restriction is required.
