ROHU Open Season procedure – Extension of the Bidding window III.

Dear Partners,

In the recent days FGSZ Ltd. and Transgaz S.A received several inquiries from network users to extend Bidding Window III of the RO-HU Open Season procedure. Based on the requests, FGSZ and Transgaz examined the possibility to extend Bidding Window III. and  proposed the changes in a coordinated manner. ANRE in its 241/20.02.2019 ordinance and MEKH in its 13478/2019 ordinance has approved the extension of Bidding window III. The dates of the ROHU Open Season rulebook have been modified as follows.
