Order of restriction

If the quantity of natural gas taken–off by the parties having access to the system is steadily exceeding the available quantity of natural gas, and there is no other applicable means for ensuring the balance in the system, the TSO license holder is entitled to order the limitation of gas off-take as per the actual Order of Restriction.

Government Decree No. 265/2009 stipulates the restriction of the natural gas off-take, the use of strategic natural gas stock and other necessary measures to be taken for the supply of gas in case of a crisis.
