Change of tariffs in case of certain interruptible capacity products

Dear Partners,
We inform you that according to MEKH Decree 3/2020, the tariff methodology and fees of monthly and daily interruptible capacities changed in the below network points. As a result of the legal changes, FGSZ will provide an ex ante discount for the relevant interruptible capacity products compared to the fee of the relevant firm capacities, and in case of interruption, no capacity fee will be reimbursed and no other compensation will be paid either.

Tariffs of interruptible capacities on other network points and other capacity products shall not change. The above provisions shall be applicable from the 9 April 2020 gas day on.
