Draft amendment of the Business Code of FGSZ Ltd.

With reference to the provision set forth in Section 123 (1) of Government Decree No. 19/2009 (II. 30.) on the implementation of Act XL of 2008 on Natural Gas Supply (hereinafter: Implementation Decree), our Company hereby publishes its draft amendment to the Business Code for public consultation. The modified sections are also indicated with track changes.

We request our Partners to submit their substantive observations and comments relating to the draft Business Code  in text format to the info@fgsz.hu email address by 25 June 2026 in accordance with the deadline set out in Section 123 (3) of the Implementation Act.
