Overnomination in case of third countries from 01.10.2026

Dear Partners,
We would like to inform you, that the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 (CAM NC) will be also applied to third countries (Ukraine and Serbia) starting from 1st October 2026 as a result the within-day interruptible capacities will be available via overnomination starting from the gas day 1st October 2026.
