Public consultation on incremental capacity project proposals related to cross-border interconnection points in compliance with the CAM NC

Dear Partners,

FGSZ Ltd hereby informs you that according to Article 27 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EC) No 984/2013 (CAM NC) as part of the design phase FGSZ Ltd. together with the respective adjacent TSOs is conducting a joint public consultation on the draft project proposals as of today closing the consultation period on 14 February 2020.

The consultation documents are accessible HERE for the interconnection points Mosonmagyaróvár, Balassagyarmat and Tornyiszentmiklós both in English and Hungarian languages. The latter document is still being consulted with Plinovodi, therefore the published version is still to be approved and might be amended accordingly.
