Result of economic test IV. and termination of the ROHU Open Season procedure

Dear Partners,

FGSZ Ltd. and Transgaz S.A have conducted the Economic Test IV. of the ROHU Open Season Procedure.

The cooperating partner companies have jointly analysed the bids from market players and came to the conclusion, that the economic test and the pre-set threshold was not passed neither for Transgaz nor for FGSZ.

The Binding ROHU Open Season is hereby terminated together with all previously conducted capacity contracts.
