The registry of NU counterparty will change on FGSZ's IP Platform (IP)
2025. 06. 30.
FGSZ Ltd. is committed to the continuous development of its IT systems, and as a further milestone of this, it is planned to launch the IP development related to NU counterparty (shipper pair) registry on 22 July 2025.
The most important change in future operation is that, at every network point (including domestic points too) system users will be required to register which system user partner (Shipper pair) they intend to use for nominations. During nomination or trade notification, drop-down lists will only include those shipper pairs whose registration has been approved by FGSZ Ltd.
If the network user finds that they are unable to record their nomination/trade notification row into the portfolio because the shipper pair is not included in the list, the registration must be done under the "NU Counterparty Registration" menu item of IP 1.21.1 in the usual way.
In the case of submitting a machine-to-machine or Excel upload nomination, or in the case of single sided nomination, if a nomination is received for a shipper pair who is not registered for the given network user, the nomination will be rejected with the corresponding error message.
An important change is that this operation will also be introduced for domestic network points, with the simplification that if a network user already has a registered shipper pair at any domestic network point, the same shipper pair can be selected at all other domestic network points as well. These registrations will be approved automatically by the system.
We intend to make the transition seamless to the new operation by recording the previously used shipper pairs on the IP, so they do not have to be registered again. At cross-border and storage network points, the registration process of the shipper pair will remain unchanged, i.e. after the registration, the approval of the RH partner will be based on the feedback of the system operator concerned.
The development is already available on the UAT test system, here all network users are set up for a harmonized portfolio (operation according to edigas 6.1, see our previous newsletter). Please test the operation to make the go live process as smooth as possible.
If you would like to test the machine-to-machine connection marking with live data, we also provide the opportunity to do so in the Show E-mail address to do so so that we can make the necessary settings.
Please note that, as indicated in our previous newsletter, we plan to phase out the old "IPNew" URLs from 1 October 2025, and this change in machine-to-machine communication should be followed.
If you experience any malfunction during operation or testing, please report it to us via TopDesk.
Best regards,
FGSZ Ltd.
