Multifactor Authentication

Another option for accessing platforms operated by FGSZ is MFA. During the multifactor authentication, the user can enter the applications after entering his registered username, password and the code received in SMS message upon entry.

During the registration performed on RBP Portal, the authorization must be completed for each User who wishes to register.

The Power of Attorney is available HERE in an editable form, which can be uploaded to the Registration form after completion and signature. The Powers of Attorney must be signed by both the representatives of the company and the authorized person. On the one hand, a natural person who is listed as entitled to representation in the partner's company extract can be a proxy. In order to prove this, during the registration, the company extract of the partner not older than 30 days must be uploaded in Hungarian or English. On the other hand, a proxy can be a natural person who has been authorized to do so by those entitled to represent the company in a separate power of attorney. In this case, in addition to the company extract in Hungarian or English, which is not older than 30 days, a separate authorization in Hungarian or English must also be uploaded during registration. In case of paperbased signature, notarized Signature Specimen should be submitted.
