Obtaining EIC and ACER code

1. EIC code request

2. ACER code request

To initiate IP registration, you need to have ACER code. In the case of RBP registration it is mandantory for companies registerered in an EU member state, but it also recommended for partners with other registrations.

Successful settlement bank account opening

According to the provisions of Gas Act (only in Hungarian), all Network User are obliged to settle imbalances. For imbalance settlement purposes it is necessary to obtain clearing right at KELER CCP.

The precondition for obtaining the clearing right is the conclusion of the settlement bank service contract with KELER CCP necessary for financial settlement.

Access of the applications

With electronic certificate

One of the options for accessing platforms operated by FGSZ is the electronic certificate. The basic requirements for an electronic certificate can be found here:

Electronic certificates can be obtained from the following certified trust service providers:

Trusted List Browser (europa.eu)

During the registration on the RBP Portal, it is necessary to upload the certificate of the user performing the registration.

With Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Another option for accessing platforms operated by FGSZ is MFA. During the multifactor authentication, the user can enter the applications after entering his registered username, password and the code received in SMS message upon entry.

During the registration performed on RBP Portal, the authorization must be completed for each User who wishes to register.

Steps of IP Registration

Select authentication type (Electronic certificate or Multifactor Authentication)
Uploading of eletronic certificate in ‚.cer’ format	The authorization must be completed for each User who wishes to register, which is available HERE. The Powers of Attorney must be signed by both the representatives of the company and the authorized person. On the one hand, a natural person who is listed as entitled to representation in the partner's company extract can be a proxy. In order to prove this, during the registration, the company extract of the partner not older than 30 days must be uploaded in Hungarian or English. On the other hand, a proxy can be a natural person who has been authorized to do so by those entitled to represent the company in a separate power of attorney. In this case, in addition to the company extract in Hungarian or English, which is not older than 30 days, a separate authorization in Hungarian or English must also be uploaded during registration. The Power of Attorney can be signed electronically or on paper-based. In the case of a paper-based signature, a copy of the signature address of the signatories in Hungarian or English, certified by a notary, must also be uploaded.

The Trading Platform operated by FGSZ KP Ltd provides opportunities to carry out natural gas transactions needed to perform of their daily balancing tasks and gas trading activities. The registration is optional.

In case of involvement the relative statement needs to be filled-in, duly signed and uploaded during registration. In case of multiple involvement additional sheet needs to be filled-in, duly signed and uploaded for each private person, legal entity. RBP offers for Network users the ability to generate xml report files for secondary capacity transactions and to submit reports. The service is provided by concluding Annex Nr. II of Network User Membership Agreement. The request for the service can be indicated in the Registration window during registration, or in the RBP Application as an active Network User.
