REMIT


FGSZ, based on its RRM (Registered Reporting Mechanism) license certified by ACER, is entitled to prepare and submit its REMIT (Regulation on wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency) reports to ACER as TSO and in case of appointment to submit the reports on behalf of any other Market Participant.

Remit reports

Primary Capacity Allocation

The RBP Application generates automatically the REMIT reports of the primary capacity contracts concluded on RBP. In default case  the reports are submitted through WebService interface to the ARIS System of ACER. In case the WebService connection fails for any reason, the reports are uploaded manually through the WebUser interface to ARIS.
Submitting the primary capacity reports to ACER on behalf of the Network Users is a free of charge service provided by FGSZ to the Network Users.

Nominations

From the data of the Network Users’ nominations the Informatic Platform (IP) generates automatically the REMIT reports in the form and with the content as requested by ACER. In default case  the reports are submitted through WebService interface to the ARIS System of ACER. In case the WebService connection fails for any reason, the reports are uploaded manually trough the WebUser interface to ARIS.
Submitting the nomination reports to ACER on behalf of the Network Users is a free of charge service provided by FGSZ to the Network Users.


Capacity Allocation on Secondary Market

The RBP Application generates automatically the REMIT reports of the secondary capacity transactions concluded on RBP. In default case  the reports are submitted through WebService interface to the ARIS System of ACER latest by the end of the day following the day on the contract between the Network Users was concluded. In case the WebService connection fails for any reason, the reports are uploaded manually through the WebUser interface to ARIS.
If the Network User does not want to specify the contractual fee, it would be able to download the report with „0” value. In this case it will be the Network User’s liability to complete the report with the real value and submit it to ACER.
For the generation and submission of the secondary capacity reports the Network User is requested to pay the service fee specified by the RBP Operator.  The REMIT reporting agreement concluded between the Network User and RBP Operator is annexed to the Network User Membership Agreement.
