Operational Rules of the Capacity Booking Platform in effect from 9 May 2023

We inform the market players on the approval of the amendment of the Operational Rules of the Capacity Booking Platform submitted by FGSZ Ltd in accordance with 143 § (1) of Act XL of 2008 on natural gas supply. The Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority approved of the amended Operational Rules of the Capacity Booking Platform Regulation through its Resolution Nr. H3041/2023. (only in Hungarian).
In the Article 3. of the Resolution FGSZ Ltd was bound to publish the amended Capacity Booking Platform Regulationon its website. Accordingly FGSZ Ltd publishes the Capacity Booking Platform Regulation and its Annex, the Network User Membership Agreement, which are effective as from 9 May 2023.
