Information regarding MEKH Decision No. H1319/2022

On March 16, 2022, MEKH issued decision No. H1319/2022, in which it limits the amount of bids that can be submitted by a network user at the firm capacity auctions of Mosonmagyaróvár (AT> HU) (EIC 21Z000000000003C) due to the bidding practices experienced in the recent period.

According to the decision, the rate of the bid that can be submitted by any single network user at the auction of the annual product for the gas year 2022/23 is 50%; the rate of the bid that can be submitted by any single network user at the auctions of the quarterly product for the gas years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 is 75%; and the rate of the bid that can be submitted by any single network user at the monthly product auctions for the gas years 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 is 75%. The first auction where the above rules is applied will be the April 2021/2022 capacity product.
