FGSZ Ltd hereby informs you that according to Article 27 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EC) No 984/2013 (CAM NC), as part of the design phase as of today FGSZ Ltd. together with SNTGN TRANSGAZ SA is starting a joint public consultation on the draft project proposal, closing the consultation period on 29 February 2024.
