3.4. (3) Network user imbalance and relevant cost data

“Regarding the balancing service of its system, each transmission system operator shall provide to each network user, for each balancing period, its specific preliminary imbalance volumes and cost data per individual network user, at the latest one month after the end of the balancing period. Final data of customers supplied according to standardised load profiles may be provided up to 14 months later. In so far such information is provided by a third party, transmission system operators shall be exempted from his provision. The provision of this information shall respect confidentiality of commercially sensitive information.”

After each gas day, FGSZ Ltd. informs its network users of their imbalances and the exercise of the given options with regard to the previous gas day by 2 p.m. on the following day through its Informatic Platform. 

The imbalances of network users are determined based on the final allocations for the gas month concerned, for each day, by the 15th of the month following the gas month concerned, which form the basis of the balancing surcharge protocol and the balancing gas consumption protocol. FGSZ Ltd. delivers the protocols to the network users by the 15th of the month following the gas month concerned.​
